A good chart for Easter Sunday with lots of candy and junk food around.  You’ll have to scroll down a little to see the chart but it’s very valuable.  For example “if you’re craving chocolate, what you really need is Magnesium, so you should eat Raw Nuts and Seeds, legumes, fruits.
