Rest is Good

Sometimes we take on a lot of things at the same time.  This can result in us being exhausted, both physically and mentally.  Sure it can be good to take an exercise class, or a yoga class, or just to meditate, but sometimes all we need is rest.  Curl up on your couch with a movie and a glass of wine.  Sit in a hot bath.  Do a 500 piece puzzle.  Lay outside in the sun (with proper sunblock on!).  Whatever it is you need, do it and don’t feel the least bit bad about what you miss.    

Recharge when you need it or pay the price later.
