It’s ok to Be Sad

If circumstances of life happen such that you experience huge loss, or heartbreak, or anything which makes you sad, it’s ok.  Don’t fight the feeling.  Don’t say “what is wrong with me that I can’t get over this” to yourself until you feel even worse.  Be in the moment, experience the sadness.  Later on you’ll choose something else, after time has passed.

Even if other people may not “agree” with your sadness, it’s still ok.  No one knows exactly what something or someone meant to you.  People in your life only know what they’ve been told by you and/or observed, no one truly knows your body sensations.  

It’s ok to be sad.  It means you’re in the moment, and it means you’re alive.
