Anger is a Choice

I heard a great quote today, credit goes to Mark Twain.  “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.”
Always remember being angry is a choice.  Whether it’s someone who cut you off in traffic, lied to you, called you a name, shut down your government, or anything, it is your choice whether or not to hold anger.  If you believe that this person is so important that you are going to let their actions damage you, then that is your choice.  There’s no judgement here whether it’s right or wrong, or what you should be doing, I’m only asking if you believe it’s the choice you want to make.

Anger is a choice.  Find the places you’re angry, and decide if you wish to continue to make it.
