Taking Ownership Removes Judgement

Anything worth having, any type of project, all takes work.  When more than one person is involved, compromise is often needed, because two people never agree on everything.  When disagreements occur, there are choices available.  Someone who stands back and judges, while refusing to work together, is what I refer to as a victim.

Approach situations with what is missing, not with what is wrong.  Take ownership and think about what you can do.  This is not only the path to be the driver of your own life, it is also the path to avoid judgement.  The more time you spend stuck in the judgement of others, or of yourself, the more time you’re not spending moving forward.

Taking ownership removes judgement.  And it’s a good idea.
