Push Your Boundaries Regularly

Working with a coach means pushing your boundaries. This is often uncomfortable at the start, otherwise it wouldn’t be a boundary, it would already be part of your life. Whether you are working with a coach or not, I strongly encourage you to note how you feel every time a boundary is pushed. When boundaries are pushed, that is the time when we often want to decide if we truly want what it is we are pursuing. Did we really want that great body? Or that great relationship? Or that new career? The answer really comes at times like these. Discomfort from pushed boundaries lets us declare that what we are chasing is truly what we want.

Push your boundaries regularly. There is no better way to move forward, and no better way to decide what it is you truly want.
