It is so easy to point at someone else, or something else, as a reason why something is not succeeding. Sometimes this is completely correct, but that does not matter. Think about what is happening when you blame. You are creating a right/wrong context, and you are not thinking about what is missing from a situation, or what is needed to move forward. It is also a rabbit hole of sorts, when we step in there we tend to keep falling deeper for quite awhile, no one just visits blame for a few seconds.
No one wins with blame. Instead of coming up with places to put blame, come up with things that are missing, and what can be done to move forward. This is going to have to happen anyway for any chance of success, why not do it without all the energy drain of placing blame?
